Thanks for the casual conversations and friendship I have had with my dental clinic, the manager has indulged me with a last-minute end-of-year appointment request with 3 hours of notice.  I selected a random episode in one of my favorite podcasts co-hosted by Naval Ravikant & Brett Hall, just trying to cancel the noise coming from my dentist's drilling noise, which I didn't finish listening to until after my pre-dinner walk.  Contrary to most of Naval's distinct 1-minute episodes, this one is over 45 minutes long.
